Questions
Maintenance or Support?

Maintenance looks after your IT estate without support time; Support answers your users, with hours included. The two can be combined.

Are servers included?

Monitoring them, yes; managing them, NAS devices and licences are priced on quotation, depending on the setup.

Do you take over devices managed by another provider?

Yes: an assessment recovers the access credentials and documents everything, then we take over without interruption.
