Are OneDrive or Dropbox a backup?

No, it’s synchronisation: whatever you delete, or whatever a virus encrypts, is affected everywhere. A backup keeps versions out of reach.

Who can read my backups?

Nobody but you: they are encrypted before they leave, with a key that is handed to you.

Is it included in a Maintenance offer?

Backup monitoring, yes; the backup storage and the off-site copy are priced according to volume.

Is a NAS enough?

It is a good local copy, but in the same building as your workstations: you also need a copy elsewhere.
