What we collect, why, and what you can request.

Contact form: name, e-mail, phone, company and the message you write. Technical logs: IP address, browser and pages viewed, kept by the hosting provider for the security of the site. Audience measurement: anonymous statistics (pages viewed, origin, device), without cookies and without any personal identifier.
Correspondence: the emails exchanged following your request are kept with it, as text only, and deleted with it. Our replies contain an open-tracking marker, an invisible image that tells us whether the message has been opened; it records neither your IP address nor your device, and stays inactive if your email client blocks images.
Replying to your request and drawing up a quote; ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site; understanding which pages are useful in order to improve them. We do not send advertising and do not sell any data.
Contact requests are kept for twenty-four months after the last exchange, then deleted. Technical logs are erased after twelve months. The anonymous statistics do not make it possible to identify you; their retention is not limited in time.
Eramis, and the service providers that are strictly necessary: data hosting (in Switzerland), the website host and the e-mail sending service (servers in the European Union). If you tick “Website / marketing” in the form, your request is passed on to Qwik, our web agency brand, in the same office in Montreux, so that it can reply to you. No other sharing.
This policy concerns the eramis.ch website. Data we access at our clients’ premises during an intervention, a remote takeover or a managed IT services contract is processed on their behalf, in accordance with our terms and conditions and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.
The website works without tracking cookies. Only embedded third-party content (videos, maps) may set them, and only after your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time using the badge at the bottom left of every page. So-called necessary cookies (remembering your choices, protecting the form) do not require consent.
No Google tool runs on this website: no Google Analytics, no advertising tag, no font loaded from its servers. We consult Google Search Console, which shows us in aggregated form the searches leading to eramis.ch; these figures come from the search engine itself, place nothing on your device and do not allow you to be identified.
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to processing, via the contact form. We reply within thirty days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Your data is stored in Switzerland. Website hosting and e-mail sending go through servers located in the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR and the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Third-party content that you accept (for example a YouTube video) is provided by companies that may process your data abroad, according to their own rules.
This policy may change along with the site; the date at the top shows the version in force.
