IT audit: where things stand, in writing.

A breakdown, a question?

A visit, measurements, then a report: what you have, what holds up, what is urgent, and what the next steps will cost.

  • Written report, readable by management
  • Price stated before the visit
  • Independent: nothing to sell you afterwards

Who it’s for

Before deciding.

SMEs without an IT person

Nobody has the overall picture.

Change of provider

Know what you are taking over.

Managers who inherit the IT

IT with no manual.

Before a major purchase

Server, workstations, Microsoft 365.

The problem

IT that nobody knows in full.

Computers bought over the years, subscriptions that renew themselves, and no up-to-date list.

  • “How many licences are we paying for?”
  • “How old is the server?”
  • “The backup works, I think”
  • “Who has the passwords?”
Our solution

An accurate picture, and a plan.

We record everything without changing anything, then rank what is urgent and price the next steps.

  • Complete inventory, handed over
  • Risks ranked by priority
  • Costed action plan
  • Nothing to sell you afterwards

Questions
How long does the audit take?

From half a day to two days on site, depending on the size of the IT estate; the report follows, then we present the findings to you.

Do we need to stop work during the visit?

No: we take stock without changing anything, disturbing people at work as little as possible.

Do we own the report?

Yes: the inventory, findings and plan are handed over to you, and you can entrust them to whoever you like.

And security, in depth?

That is the security audit, with a penetration test carried out by a partner if needed.

And after the audit?

You decide: apply the plan yourself, with your provider, or with us, for example with a Maintenance offer.

Can the price change?

It is set in writing before the visit, based on the number of workstations and sites; it does not change afterwards.
